New Courses to Help You With Job Transitions

I am BEYOND excited to finally share something I’ve been working on for months and that is the launch of these TWO NEW COURSES. These courses are really the foundation of what made me want to start Cape-Able Consulting to begin with because as someone who had the privilege of having resources all the way through college for my dyslexia and ADHD I felt completely unprepared for what came next in my career.

I have always openly shared that I have dyslexia and ADHD (I would never ask anyone to do this if they do not feel comfortable) but that didn’t mean I knew how to advocate for myself and my disabilities in these new settings. I was incredibly burnt out, I found myself in jobs that didn’t necessarily fit my skill set, and my mental health suffered as well because I had this constant fear I was going to fail.

That’s why I wanted to support adults with learning disabilities and/or ADHD find careers that which they could thrive, feel empowered and not suffer from continuous burnout.
