About Cape-Able Consulting
Meet Alex
Alex is a New Yorker, a Mets fan, a speaker, a mom, and a brunch enthusiast. She also has dyslexia and ADHD.
Alex’s career in leadership development inspired her to become a career coach for adults with ADHD and dyslexia. Cape-Able Consulting has since expanded to support adults with learning disabilties across the spectrum, bringing together her lived experience with a passion for supporting neurospicy adults in their day-to-day so that they feel supported and are able to reach their highest potential.
Alex aims to change the stigma surrounding learning disabilities by showing people what they Cape-able of in their work and personal lives. Her work as a speaker and corporate consultant further promotes this mission.

Alex truly understands what I'm going through. The first time we spoke I was moved to tears because I've never felt so understood. If you are struggling with your learning disability, I highly recommend speaking with Alex.
