A self-paced course to help you declutter your space based on how you think and learn.
Do You Ever
Find yourself looking at piles of clothes in the corner that you are too overwhelmed to put away?
Open your closet door slowly hoping whatever you just threw in there won't come tumbling down?
Struggle to remember to get to appointments on time or manage your to-do list?
Wonder if there are ways to better manage your life using the lense of adults with dyslexia, ADHD, or other learning disabilities…because the other things you’ve tried just don’t seem to help?
If you said yes to any of these, then the declutter your life course is right for you.
When our clients with ADHD, dyslexia, and/or learning disabilities come to us and say that they struggle to stay organized, complete tasks, and feel overwhelmed by never-ending to-do lists… we usually know why.
There are a lot of tips and tricks that are meant to help adults with these tasks but they are very generalized and often don’t align specifically with how you think, learn and organize. You may try hundreds of those tips and they don’t work for you and then you think to yourself that you are “a failure”.
That is why we take a different approach and focus on the best principles. Best principles meaning we have the same goals but we all vary in how we can successfully achieve these goals.
Whether you experience time blindness, hyperfocus, all or nothing thinking, executive dysfunction, or are just a neurospicy person…this course will help guide you to figure out the best way to tackle these goals in a way that works for you and give you a taste of the coaching experience.
